Valley Arts Dental Family:
Our office has for many decades used personal protective equipment (PPE) that has exceeded CDC, Dept. Of Health, & State Guidelines; however, in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have instituted additional enhancements to further safeguard both you, our patients and our team.
Our office remains diligent in our COVID-19 precautions.
Below is a list of some changes that the office has incorporated at this time and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

We ask that you wear a face covering when entering the office for your appointment

We have instituted a fully contactless check-in process, including paperwork, consents, invoices, which will be sent directly to your smart-device

We request you wait in your vehicle until a treatment room is ready for you

We have hand sanitizer for you to use when you enter the office. You will also find sanitizer throughout the office, to be used as needed.

Treatment rooms are now equipped with a medical grade H13 High Efficiency Particulate Air Filters/Purifiers

The familiar and comfortable reception area, is redesigned to facilitate social distancing

Additional time between patients will be needed for hospital grade sterilization and disinfection protocols - this may add a few minutes to your appointments

We ask that only you, the patient, enter the office for the appointment. No family members or friends should come with you. If the patient is a child, only one parent should accompany the child

Patients will be asked to rinse before treatment, to reduce oral microbe levels

If you are a high-risk patient or have serious medical conditions, please consult us by phone before scheduling
As a locally-owned small practice, we understand the difficult times some people in the community have experienced. We also realize that delayed dental treatment, becomes more involved and costly later. Therefore, we will be introducing more flexible payment plans to ease any financial burdens.
